Product Description
Underfloor heating manifolds are a key part of hydronic underfloor heating system, they connect the underfloor heating pipework to the heat source and act as the termination point for these circuits. Manifolds are responsible for circulating heated water from the boiler or other heating source through the underfloor circuits whilst controlling the pressure, flow-rates and if using a mixing unit, controlling the circuit temperature, too.
How does underfloor heating systems work?
Underfloor heating and cooling is a form of central heating and cooling that achieves indoor climate control for thermal comfort using dydronic or electrical heating elements embedded in a floor. Heating is achieved by conduction, radiation and convection.
